This event will not be officially timed and there will be no awards. Each team must be a team of 2, with 1 adults aged above 18 and 1 kids aged 3-7.

The Best Fundraising Award (Individual)

The calculation of fundraising amount will be cut off at 5pm, 27 October 2017. The winner of this award will be awarded a certificate of acknowledgement and prizes.

The calculation of fundraising amount will be cut off at 5pm, 27 October 2017. The winner of this award will be awarded a certificate of acknowledgement and prize(s).

The Best Costume Award

Participant with the best costume will be selected by the organizing committee on event day, the winner of this award will be awarded a certificate of acknowledgement and prize(s).

REMARKS

  1. Once your entry is accepted, your entry fee will not be refunded.
    If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 03:00am on the race day, the race will be cancelled. 。
  2. If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 03:00am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
  3. Should the Red Rainstorm Signal, Thunderstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.3 is issued at any time from 6:00am on the race day, the Swim Race will be cancelled but the Run and Bike Races will be continued.
  4. Should the above Inclement Weather/ Condition Warnings be raised after th e commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race being stopped, the race will either be cancelled or rescheduled. Entry fee will not be refunded.
